Cooking Spotlight offers a class on traditional basil-based dishes, and oh, the pestobilities! In addition to making the traditional pesto from scratch, Chef Blake Swihart will demonstrate other pesto options such as those made with sun-dried tomatoes, cilantro & pistachio, mint and more. Menu includes: Lavender Pesto with Melon, Mint Pesto with Shrimp, Putapesto with Grilled Chicken, Basil Pesto with Fresh Mozzarella plus more!
