We reviewed many cities and towns in the United States using a scoring system based on four parameters: Millennial population, average cost of rent, average income, and unemployment rate. We believe these four metrics represent the basic financial situation that a student debtor can find themselves in. For many, living in a town or city of Millennials where they can work for a decent income without spending too much on rent is a priority.
