Chamber Code of Conduct

INTRODUCTION  
The Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive business environment. This Code of Conduct establishes expectations for ethical behavior, integrity, and mutual respect among all members, partners, and stakeholders associated with the Chamber. 

  1. PROFESSIONALISM AND INTEGRITY
    Members are expected to conduct business with honesty, transparency, and fairness. Misrepresentation, fraud, or unethical business practices will not be tolerated.
  2. RESPECT AND BELONGING
    The Chamber promotes an environment where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexuality, age, disability, or background. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior is strictly prohibited.
  3. 3. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
    All members must adhere to applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as industry-specific regulations, to maintain a lawful and ethical business environment.
  4. 4. CHAMBER EVENTS AND MEETINGS
    All members and attendees at Chamber-sponsored events are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, excessive solicitation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
  5. 5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
    Members who observe violations of this Code of Conduct are encouraged to report them to the Chamber leadership. Reports will be handled with appropriate action.
  6. 6. ENFORCEMENT AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION
    The Chamber reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, against those who violate this Code of Conduct.
