PHOTO RELEASE CONSENT AGREEMENT
By participating in, attending, or engaging in activities/events hosted by the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Use of Photographs and Video Recordings
You grant The Organization the right to capture photographs and/or video recordings of you during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, educational, and other lawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Printed publications and materials
- Online platforms such as websites and social media
- Press releases, newsletters, and other marketing efforts
Waiver of Compensation
You waive any right to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration arising or related to the use of these images or recordings.
Release from Liability
You release The Organization, its representatives, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of these images or recordings.
Opt-Out Option
If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please notify Meg McCain at mmccain@phoenixvillechamber.org prior to or during the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
Minors
If you are a parent or guardian of a minor participating in the event, you grant this same release on behalf of the minor by allowing their participation.
By attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Photo Release Agreement.
