Bio: Jessica is the on-site staff person responsible for coordinating all local Chamber project activities and working as a spokesperson and liaison between businesses, organizations, and the Board of Directors. As President/CEO, Jessica manages operations and finance, facilitates events and membership campaigns, and also promotes activities to advance the prosperity of the Phoenixville area throughout the business community.
With the Chamber since 2011, Jessica is a member of Phoenixville First, holds a membership with PACP, serves currently as Chairperson of the Board of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation, and as Treasurer on the board of both the Phoenixville Jaycees Foundation and Chapter (2018-2024), and Phoenixville’s 100 Women (current).
In the fall of 2024, Jessica was also appointed to the Northeast Board of Regents of the Institute for Organization Management, a leadership program of the US Chamber, following two runs as a class advisor for IOM.
Jessica was named “Extraordinary Woman of the Year” in 2017 for the 157th district by State Rep. Warren Kampf, a Vista Millennial Superstar as part of Chesco’s 40 Under 40 in 2022, and most recently named to Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 in 2024, recognizing leaders from across North America.
While attending The Pennsylvania State University, Jessica gained experience in fundraising management while holding a THON Chairman position for the LaVie organization for four years. She holds a B.S. degree in Bio Behavioral Health, and a minor in Health Policy Administration from Penn State.
Jessica completed the Executive Leadership Institute Program in 2015 through a partnership with the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation and Arcadia University.
She earned her IOM designation in early 2023 after completing 96 credit hours of study through the Institute for Organization Management via the US Chamber, and in early 2025, Jessica earned her CAE (Certified Association Executive, via ASAE) credentials; a designation held by only 5% of association/chamber executives.
Jessica is now a Phoenixville local, is a proud wife, and is mom to three incredible daughters (and two cute dogs).
Sara Bustard, CAE

Bio: Sara has 17 years of experience working for associations. She has worked with memberships at small local non-profits, state associations, and international societies. She has successfully worked on member recruitment and retention, creating member programs, chapter relations, student member engagement, maintaining relationships, and more. She earned her CAE in 2022. Sara was both a member of ASAE’s Membership Professionals Advisory Council and chaired the PASAE Membership Committee for three years. She was also selected to participate in the 2019 NextGen Association Summit and was named to Association Forum’s Forty Under 40 in 2023. She now sits on the PASAE Foundation Board of Directors. Sara brings a wealth of experience in the industry to the staff as the Chamber’s current Deputy Director.
Meg McCain

Bio: Meg McCain has been a part of the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce since 2021 and is responsible for communication with and for Chamber members and enhancing engagement. She maintains the Chamber’s website, designs graphics, crafts email blasts, and promotes various initiatives. Meg plays a key role in the Chamber’s Dine Around program, fostering local culinary experiences by highlighting Chamber restaurant members every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Meg is currently serving as an advocate for Citizen Advocacy and is a member of Phoenixville’s 100 Women.
A 2023 graduate of Penn State, Meg holds a degree in Digital Art & Media Design with a minor in Graphic Design. In her spare time, she expresses her creativity as an artist and maker, utilizing tools such as a 3D printer, laser engraver, and Cricut to bring her ideas to life.
