Congratulations to Jessica Capistrant on being named the 2017 Extraordinary Woman by State Representative Warren Kampf!
Mary Foote, Executive Director for the Association for the Colonial Theatre and member of the Chamber Board of Directors, was also nominated, along with Julie Brufke-Wenger of Phoenix Tax Consultants, LLC
From State Representative Warren Kampf’s Office – The 2017 Extraordinary Women’s Luncheon was a big success. We had a packed house again at this our third annual event, and it was a terrific day with good food, a tremendous keynote speech given by Great Valley School District Superintendent Dr. Regina Speaker Palubinsky and a chance for people to come together to celebrate some truly exceptional female leaders in our community.
This year we were joined by the Crime Victims Center of Chester County, The House (Phoenixville Outreach for Women) and Designing 4Hope to talk about the great work they are doing in our community and how people can get involved to help. Pfizer and Dow were generous again as sponsors and thankfully were able to have a group of women join the event to represent each company.
Congratulations to the 2017 Extraordinary Woman Award recipient, a very deserving Jessica Capistrant, who is the President of the Phoenixville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
