Chamber Building Project

Chamber Building Project

Like the Phoenix – A Property Reborn

In February 2024, the Chamber purchased 710 Main Street, a building that had sat vacant and overgrown for more than five years. This acquisition marked the beginning of one of the most significant milestones in the Chamber’s history—both in scale and impact.

From Purchase to Transformation

The new headquarters is five times the size of the Chamber’s former space on Bridge Street. Shortly after the purchase, the Chamber sold its previous downtown property within one month, allowing renovations at 710 Main to begin quickly. After a year of thoughtful restoration and upgrades, the Chamber proudly celebrated the Grand Opening of its new headquarters in May 2025.

Fully Funded, Debt-Free

The entire project, from purchase to renovation, was completed with no debt to the Chamber or its members. Funding came from a combination of:

  • A generous grant from the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation (PAEDCO)
  • Proceeds from the sale of the Chamber’s Bridge Street property
  • Over $90,000 in multi-year financial commitments from Chamber members

Designed for Growth and Connection

The new headquarters serves as a central hub for Chamber activities, featuring modern amenities, collaborative workspaces, and advanced technology designed to foster innovation, connection, and engagement. With a focus on functionality and collaboration, the space provides a warm, welcoming place for businesses and organizations throughout the Phoenixville Area to gather.

Community Support at the Core

This transformative project would not have been possible without the support of PAEDCO, whose investment underscores a shared commitment to initiatives that strengthen the local business community. The successful restoration of 710 Main Street reflects what can be accomplished through partnership, strategic planning, and community belief in the Chamber’s mission.
