We offer two specialized programs for families of all structures experiencing homelessness in Chester and Montgomery counties.
Our SHELTER PROGRAM offers families a safe, supportive living environment for 4-6 months. Families are connected to essential resources, participate in biweekly case management, and attend monthly classes on parenting, financial literacy, nutrition, and spiritual growth.
Our TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM provides families with independent living apartments for 18-24 months. Enrollment in an educational or vocational program that leads to increased income is required.
