Drive with confidence when you take an AARP Safe Driver Course at Keystone Villa at Douglassville, Independent Living building, at 1180 Ben Franklin Highway E.
The 8-hour initial course is held over two days, on Wednesday, April 16, and Thursday, April 17. Both classes run from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and include a complimentary lunch.
During this course, you’ll learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today’s increasingly challenging driving environment.
The initial courses costs $20 for AARP members and $25 for nonmembers. You will pay the instructor upon arrival. Cash or money order accepted.
You must bring a valid driver’s license and, if applicable, proof of AARP membership.
Upon completion of the course, you may be eligible to receive Pennsylvania’s multi-year auto insurance discount for insured drivers aged 55 and older.
