Phoenixville Public Library will host local historian Jim Segrave-Daly for a free lecture, “Abraham Lincoln, Slavery & the Civil War”, on Monday, February 13 at 6:15 PM. Jim will discuss Lincoln’s lifelong engagement with slavery, one of America’s most challenging issues, as well as his navigation of the difficult politics that encompassed secession & the Civil War.
