ABOUT THE EVENT
The Acoustic Coots – Chuck Kupferschmidt and Ivan Stiles – will perform a free concert at Phoenixville Public Library on Monday, July 15 at 7:00 PM. The duo brings a unique blend of traditional-to-contemporary music in the folk tradition to their audiences with old-time favorites, traditional ballads, and original songs. Together they sing and play guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, autoharp, mountain dulcimer, bowed psaltery, spoons, and musical saw. Ivan is an International Autoharp Champion and a member of The Autoharp Hall of Fame. Between the two, they have recorded six CDs.
