Join local historian Jim Segrave-Daly at Phoenixville Public Library on Thursday, March 27 at 6:30 PM for an interactive discussion of amendments to the U.S. Constitution from 1789 to the present. Although thousands of amendments have been proposed since the Constitution’s ratification, only twenty-seven have been enacted, with renewed debate around an Equal Rights amendment as the next amendment. This event is free and open to the public. The program will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
