Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Applying for Low-Income Housing in Chester County”, on Wednesday, September 30, 2:00 PM, at the Library. Kelly Young, staff attorney for Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, and Paul Diggs, Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Chester County, will discuss the available options for affordable and subsidized housing in Chester County as well as the application and waitlist processes. This event is free and open to the public. The program will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
