Phoenixville Public Library will host a free virtual presentation, “Applying for Low-Income Housing in Chester County”, on Thursday, November 17 at 7:00 PM. Kelly Young, staff attorney for Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, and Steve Wayock, Director of Special Programs for the Chester County Housing Authority, will discuss the available options for affordable and subsidized housing in Chester County along with the application and waitlist processes. This event is free and open to the public and will be held online via Zoom.
