ABOUT THE EVENT

Phoenixville Public Library will host an appearance by author Dave Brown on Thursday, June 21 at 7:00 PM. Dave is co-author of the book Love, Murder, and Corruption in Lancaster County. The book, written with Lisa Michelle Lambert, recounts Lisa’s sensational case in which she was convicted of murder, declared innocent by a federal judge, and then re-convicted by the same judge who presided over her original trial in Lancaster. The book has generated considerable publicity over the years, as national TV shows have aired episodes about her case.

Dave will explain how he came to co-author the book with Lisa, discuss her controversial case, and talk about our country’s flawed judicial and prison systems. This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required on the Adult Events Calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. Phoenixville Public Library is located at 183 Second Avenue, Phoenixville, PA.
