Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Basics of Landlord/Tenant Law and Eviction Defense”, on Thursday, October 3 at 2:00 PM. Kelly Young, Staff Attorney with Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania, will be the speaker. Learn the basics of landlord/tenant law in Pennsylvania. The presentation will review important landlord/tenant statutes, explain the eviction process, explore viable eviction defenses, and more. This event is free and open to the public.
