Phoenixville Public Library will host a free, online “Basics of Landlord/Tenant Law and Eviction Defense” seminar from Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania on Tuesday, September 27 at 12:00 PM. This lunchtime seminar will be led by Legal Aid staff attorney Kelly Young. Attendees will learn the basics of landlord/tenant law in Pennsylvania. The seminar will review important landlord/tenant statutes, explain the eviction process, explore viable eviction defenses, discuss the impact of COVID-19 on eviction proceedings, and more.
