Books on Tap, Phoenixville Public Library’s book discussion group for adults in their 20s and 30s, will meet next on Tuesday, October 30, 7:00 PM, at Crowded Castle Brewing Company, 242 Bridge Street, Phoenixville. The group will discuss Frankenstein by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley. This classic thriller, romance and cautionary tale tells the story of committed science student Victor Frankenstein who is obsessed with discovering the cause of generation and life and bestowing animation upon lifeless matter. Created from stolen body parts, the once-innocent creature becomes tormented by isolation and loneliness, turns evil and unleashes a campaign of murderous revenge against his creator.
