Books on Tap, Phoenixville Public Library’s book discussion group for adults in their 20s and 30s, will meet Tuesday, January 30, 7:00 PM, at PJ Ryan’s Pub, 233 Bridge St., Phoenixville, PA. The group will discuss Jonathan C. Slaght’s acclaimed book, Owls of the Eastern Ice: A Quest to Find and Save the World’s Largest Owl.
