Books on Tap, Phoenixville Public Library’s book discussion group for adults in their 20s and 30s, will meet next on Tuesday, January 28, 7:00 PM, at Root Down Brewing Company, 1 N. Main St., Phoenixville. The group will discuss China Miéville’s award-winning novel, The City & the City.
