ABOUT THE EVENT
At Cooking Spotlight, they’re bringing out the cast iron skillet and bringing back an old favorite – blackened fish fillets – seriously spicy! Add to that, twice-baked peppery potatoes and spicy coleslaw. Then, cool things down a bit and finish with a pecan praline sundae. Roll up your sleeves and be prepared for a fun-filled class with Instructor Vicky Hanko. Then, have a seat and enjoy the Cajun feast together.
