Champions of the Community- Nominations open

ABOUT THE EVENT

A PCHF Board Advisory Committee will review individual nominations for this award and select the awardees. Award winners will be notified and recognized during breakfast on:
Date: Wednesday, November 9, 2022
Time: 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Location: RiverCrest Golf Club & Preserve, 100 Rivercrest Drive, Phoenixville

Up to four (4) people will be selected for the “Champions of the Community” award. Each Champion Awardee will be invited to direct a Phoenixville Community Health Foundation grant of $2,000, in their name, to a charitable organization of their choice that serves the greater Phoenixville region.
