ABOUT THE EVENT
The Chester County Pops Orchestra will perform in concert on Sunday, July 30 at 3:00 PM at Phoenixville Area Middle School, 1330 Main Street, Phoenixville. The Chesco Pops, led by maestro Joseph Gehring, presents “An American Celebration”, complete with a tribute to the brave men and women who have served, and those who continue to serve, in our Armed Forces. You’ll also hear music from Victory at Sea and the Broadway musical Oklahoma!, as well as John Williams’ classic Cowboys Overture and the March from 1941. Then, be sure to wear your red, white, and blue as the audience joins in with the Pops in a patriotic sing-along! All of this and more will be presented by the Chesco Pops in this very special celebration of America.
Phoenixville Public Library is once again proud to partner with the Pops, and a percentage of ticket sales will be donated to the Library. Tickets are $20.00 for adults, $15.00 for seniors (60+), with a suggested contribution of $5.00/ticket for students and children.
