Phoenixville Public Library will host a chocolate-tasting program with Gail Warner of Phoenixville’s Bridge Street Chocolates on Monday, February 6 at 6:45 PM. Would you like to learn about the origins of chocolate while tasting a range of flavor profiles? If so, this evening is for you. Experience the flavors of mild blends, bolder single origin, as well as the mysterious Gold and Ruby chocolates now available in the US. Join Phoenixville’s own chocolatier, Gail Warner, for this delightful evening of everything chocolate. This event is open to the public. The cost is $15.00, payable in cash at the door.
