Phoenixville Public Library will host a chocolate tasting program on Thursday, February 6 at 7:00 PM. Would you like to learn about the origins of chocolate while tasting a range of flavor profiles? If so, this event is for you. Experience the flavors of mild blends, bolder single origin, as well as the mysterious Gold and Ruby chocolates now available in the U.S. Join Phoenixville’s own chocolatier, Gail Warner of Bridge Street Chocolates (named The Best (and Most Magical) Chocolate Shop in Pennsylvania by Eat This for 2019), for this delightful evening of everything chocolate. Cost is $15.00 per person, payable at the door.
