Phoenixville Public Library will host the next event in the community partner-sponsored “Community Gardening around the Village” series on Monday, June 16 at 6:30 PM. Casey Schmidt Ahl of Phoenixville’s Colonial Gardens will present “Native Plant Basics”. The presentation will cover the basics of native plants including what they are and why they are important. Learn how to design with native plants and specific plants that are appropriate for our gardens here in the Phoenixville area. In-person attendees will receive a $10 off coupon for native plants at Colonial Gardens. This event is free and open to the public. The program will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
