ABOUT THE EVENT

The Chester County Master Gardeners would like to encourage residential gardeners to choose plants that will benefit the environment and invite pollinators to our gardens year round. Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Creating a Year-Round Buffet for Bees, Butterflies and Birds”, on Tuesday, June 18 at 7:00 PM. Chester County Master Gardener Sharon Richardson will be the speaker. Learn the latest information about the benefits of succession planting to benefit our environment and our pollinators during all four seasons. Join us for an informational evening on what the birds, bees and butterflies need for habitat, food and procreation. There will be exhibits and hand-outs to get you ready.

This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required on the Adult Events Calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. Phoenixville Public Library is located at 183 Second Avenue, Phoenixville, PA.
