ABOUT THE EVENT

Phoenixville Public Library will host a free virtual presentation, “Dark History I: Murder, Madness & Misadventure in Penn’s Woods”, on Thursday, September 30 at 7:00 PM. Jennifer L. Green, Director of Education for the Chester County History Center, will be the presenter. This program features true tales from the mysterious history of Delaware and Chester Counties. Hear cases of witchcraft, necromancy, murder and natural disasters, and learn about the strange ways that early Pennsylvanians treated their dead—and their living.
