March’s Dine Around features Rivertown Taps at 226 Bridge St.
This month’s menu:
1st-Charred Seasonal Local Vegetables
– Charred peak season vegetables, caper Caesar dressing, house made sourdough bread crumb
2nd- Mussels de Bourgogne
– Organic mussels, shallot, garlic, chili crisp, steamed with Duchesse de Bourgogne, served with house made sourdough. (contains peanuts)
3rd-Peanut Braised Pork Belly
– Baby bok choy, ginger, cucumber, shallot, black sesame
4th-Bananas Foster Donuts
– Brown sugar, rum, cinnamon, vanilla, whipped cream
