ABOUT THE EVENT
Dine Around’s newest iteration, the Chamber Experience, features a curated menu and Phoenixville’s restaurant owners and chef’s joining you at the dinner table for storytelling and more.
This month’s Dine Around will be hosted by The Bridge Bar & Grill at 37 Bridge St.
Appetizer:
- Bruschetta – Toasted bread topped with diced tomato, onion, parmesan cheese, basil, garlic, olive oil and a balsamic glaze.
Starter:
- Side caesar salad – Crisp romaine tossed with creamy caesar dressing. Topped with shaved parmesan and homemade croutons.
- Side house salad – Leafy greens, tomato, onions, cucumbers and shredded carrots. Topped with homemade croutons. Choice of dressing: Ranch, Honey Mustard, Thousand Island, Blue Cheese, or Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Entree:
- Fajitas – Your choice of chicken or steak, mixed with red, green, and yellow peppers, onions and fresh garlic. Served with a side of rice and four warm tortillas.
Dessert:
- 5 high chocolate cake – Five layers of dark, moist chocolate cake sandwiched with a silky smooth chocolate filling and finished with elegant dark chocolate ganache.
