Dine Around’s newest iteration, the Chamber Experience, features a curated menu and Phoenixville’s restaurant owners and chef’s joining you at the dinner table for storytelling and more.
This month’s Dine Around will be hosted by Café Com Leite at 117 S Main St.
APPETIZER
**Coxinha and Pão de Queijo** **Coxinha:** A traditional Brazilian snack made from shredded chicken filling encased in dough, then battered and fried to golden perfection. **Pão de Queijo (GF):** Cheesy bread rolls made with tapioca flour and cheese, creating a delightful chewy texture.
STARTER
**Tropical Salad** – A refreshing mix of leafy greens, juicy mango slices, avocado chunks, cherry tomatoes, and red onions, all tossed in a zesty lime and honey dressing.
MAIN COURSE
**Escondidinho de Mandioca with Ground Beef and Sautéed Veggies** Escondidinho de Mandioca (GF):A savory Brazilian casserole featuring layers of creamy mashed cassava (mandioca) and seasoned ground beef, topped with melted cheese with salted veggies in olive oil and garlic
DESSERT
**Flan de Caramelo**(GF) – A classic caramel flan, smooth and creamy with a rich caramel sauce that balances the sweetness, providing a perfect ending to the meal.
