Dine Around’s newest iteration, the Chamber Experience, features a curated menu and Phoenixville’s restaurant owners and chef’s joining you at the dinner table for storytelling and more.
This month’s Dine Around will be hosted by The Boardroom at 101 Bridge St.
This month’s menu:
1st – Watermelon Poke Sushi Rice. Seaweed Salad. Edamame. Pickled Daikon and Carrot. Fresno Pepper. Togarashi.
2nd – Vietnamese Cabbage Salad Pulled Chicken. Mint. Chili Lime Vinaigrette. Carrot. Scallion. Cilantro. Pickled Onion. Peanut.
3rd – Pecanwood Smoked Bone-In Berkshire Pork Chop. Crispy Potato Latke. Heirloom Cherry Tomato Salad. Natural Jus. Chimmichurri.
4th – Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookiewich. House-made Cookies n’ Cream Ice Cream.
