Phoenixville Public Library will host two free legal workshops, “Divorce 101” and “Custody 101” on Monday, January 22 & 29, respectively, at 7:00 PM. Melissa A. Iacobucci, Esq., of O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., will be the presenter. “Divorce 101” will review the divorce process in Pennsylvania and the steps required to initiate and finalize your matter. “Custody 101” presents an overview of the custody laws in Pennsylvania and advice for preparing for your custody case.
Melissa A. Iacobucci, Esquire focuses her practice on matters of family law and litigation. However, she has handled matters relating to personal injury and criminal law in the past. While attending law school, Ms. Iacobucci had the opportunity to work as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Elizabeth R. Hey, a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as assist the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender as a Certified Legal Intern. Ms. Iacobucci currently resides in Phoenixville, PA, where she was born and raised.
