ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Downsizing or Discarding: Are You Throwing Away Treasure?,” on Monday, November 16, 6:15 PM, at the Library. Award-winning appraiser and educator Leon Castner will be the presenter. Join us for this lively and entertaining program. Leon will give a short presentation on what’s hot and what’s not in the world of antiques and collectibles and what you should throw away or keep. Attendees may also bring one item – or show it on Zoom — for a free evaluation in a theater-type presentation as you learn the secrets of today’s antique market. Leon Castner is a certified member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA). He is President of Castner Estate Service, Inc. and Senior Partner at National Appraisal Consultants LLC, both of Schwenksville, PA. This event is free and open to the public. The program will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person. Registration is required at https://ccls.libcal.com/calendar/Phoenixville/downsizing-or-discarding or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. Email mpinto@ccls.org for more information.
