Phoenixville Public Library invites you to a special Black History Month living history presentation for all ages on Monday, February 10 at 6:30 PM. Dr. Daisy Century will portray Madam C.J. Walker. Walker invented a line of African American hair products after suffering from a scalp ailment that resulted in her own hair loss. Her business acumen enabled her to be one of the first American women to become a self-made millionaire. This event is free and open to the public.
