ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free online presentation, “End-of-Life Care: The Conversation Project”, on Monday, June 15 at 7:00 PM. Dana Gibson, Community Liaison for Willow Tree Hospice, will be the speaker. The Conversation Project is a public engagement initiative with a goal that is both simple and transformative: to have every person’s wishes for end-of-life care expressed and respected. The Conversation Project offers tools, guidance, and resources to begin talking with loved ones about your and their wishes. Please join us for an informative presentation to learn why it is important to start the conversation with your loved ones.
This event is free and open to the public and will be conducted online via Microsoft Teams. Registration is required on the Adult Events Calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org to receive an invitation to this online event, which will be e-mailed a few days prior to the event.
