ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation on the importance of planning for end-of-life care on Thursday, February 20 at 7:00 PM. “End-of-Life Care: The Conversation Project” will be presented by Beth Adams of Willow Tree Hospice. The Conversation Project is a public engagement initiative with a goal that is both simple and transformative: to have every person’s wishes for end-of-life care expressed and respected. The Conversation Project offers tools, guidance, and resources to begin talking with loved ones about your and their wishes. Please join us for an informative presentation to learn why it is important to start the conversation with your loved ones. A guide will be distributed to all attendees to take home. This event is free and open to the public.
