In celebration of Women’s History Month, Phoenixville Public Library will host a free, in-person presentation on the “First Ladies of the United States”, on Monday, March 7 at 7:00 PM at the Library. Local historian Jim Segrave-Daly will be the speaker. Join us for this discussion of the ever-changing role of America’s First Ladies. Much like their presidential husbands, some had greater impact than others. From ceremonial to substantial, we’ll look at how the role of the First Lady has changed dramatically.
