First-Time Home Buyer Workshop

Buying your first home? Phoenixville Public Library will host a free “First-Time Home Buyer” workshop on Saturday, November 3 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Kimberly Kozelsky, First Choice Loan Services, and Donna Cable, Re/Max Professional, will be the presenters. This informational seminar will discuss mortgages, pre-approvals, common myths of credit, types of loan programs, buyer’s agents, agreements of sale, home inspections, and the importance of communication during the home buying process.
