Buying your first home? Phoenixville Public Library will present a free, in-person “First-Time Homebuyer Workshop” on Thursday, March 24 at 7:00 PM. Kimberly Kozelsky of Cross Country Mortgage, and Donna Cable of Re/Max Professional Realty, will be the presenters. This informational seminar will discuss mortgages, pre-approvals, common myths of credit, types of loan programs, buyer’s agents, agreements of sale, home inspections, and the importance of communication during the home buying process.
