The Fourth Wednesday Readers, Phoenixville Public Library’s in-person book discussion group for adults of all ages, will meet at the Library on Wednesday, July 23 at 1:00 PM. The group will discuss Rachel Trethewey’s biography, The Churchill Sisters: The Extraordinary Lives of Winston and Clementine’s Daughters.
