ABOUT THE EVENT

Pianist/singer/lecturer Fred Miller returns to Phoenixville Public Library on Thursday, May 4 at 6:30 PM to present his lecture-in-song, “All Over the Map: Heading West, Making Musical Stops ‘Round the World”. Join us for this musical and anecdotal travelogue that begins in the Eastern U.S., heads West, and ultimately circles the globe. There´s No Place Like Home, but there´s nothing like words & music to stimulate the imagination and take us to countless wonderful places without leaving one’s armchair. Fred’s entertaining program is an invitation to Get Away From It All and go Around The World: Come Fly With Me and Let Me Take You On A Sea Cruise! No passports or even toothbrushes required: just a sense of fun and a love of great American Popular Songs. This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required at https://ccls.libcal.com/calendar/Phoenixville/lecture-in-song or by calling 610-933-3013 x132. For more information, email mpinto@ccls.org.
