Phoenixville Public Library will host a free seminar, “Holistic Healthy Holidays”, on Thursday, November 29 at 7:00 PM. Raphael Knauf, MD, of Phoenixville’s Carah Medical Arts, will be the speaker. The holidays are coming, and with them many joys and challenges. Dr. Knauf will examine diet, exercise and some other lifestyle choices that can help us stay healthy and get healthier during the holidays — and beyond! This event is free and open to the public.
