Sheryl Bruck lives in the heart of Media, PA. She is a certified Zentangle teacher and social worker, specializing in geriatrics. She is also committed to the practice of mindfulness in daily living.
Sheryl discovered Zentangle as a way to relax and maintain a unique form of meditation. It was the perfect way to be creative without inhibitions. Through Zentangle, she has learned to “let go” of perfectionism and judgement when it comes to producing artwork. Zentangle allows her to simply enjoy the process of being creative without having an attachment to outcome.
