ABOUT THE EVENT
LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County is hosting: LGBT+ Health Fair and Discussion Panel @ West Chester University’s Sykes Student Union Bldg, on Sunday, October 14, 2018.
1:00 – 3:00 pm — LGBT+ Health Fair @ Sykes Student Union Bldg, Ballrooms A+B
3:30 – 5:00 pm — LGBT+ Discussion Panel @ Sykes Student Union Bldg, Theater
*Snacks and drinks provided in both locations.
Health Fair includes: Local LGBT organizations and providers of physical, mental, financial, and spiritual health who also support our mission.
Discussion Panel includes: LGBT+ identifying speakers, youth and adults.
Interesting in hosting a table? Tables are FREE but limited. Table set-up: 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Please don’t hesitate! RSVP to info@lgbteachesco.org — by Monday, October 1st.
Vendors–You’re welcome to do kids activities or anything creative you’d like at your table. You can also share a table with another person / organization.
We’re marketing to WCU students and the general public. And including a discussion panel afterward for the first time.
Interested in sponsoring the events? Sponsorships are $100.
