ABOUT THE EVENT
The Kiwanis Club is holding a live-silent auction & spaghetti dinner on March 10 from 5:00 – 9:00 at the Covered Bridge Room of Kimberton Fire Company. The event will feature a complete spaghetti dinner, which is being donated by Franco Lopresti of Franco Ristorante. Dessert is being donated by Petrucci’s. Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on a large selection of silent auction items, utilizing the BidPay program. Additional items will be auctioned off via live auction over the course of the evening. There will also be a large assortment of raffle baskets which guests can purchases chances on, as well as a 50-50 drawing.
Funds raised at this event will be used to support programs which the Kiwanis Club offer for children & youth. In addition, the funds will be part of fundraising efforts for the installation of a new playground in Reeves Park. This playground will replace the existing playground & will be usable by children with handicapping conditions. The Kiwanis club is partnering with the Jaycees & the Borough to plan and fund raise for this playground.
