ABOUT THE EVENT

“Nourishing the Body and Recovering Health:
The Positive Science of Food”

At the Phoenixville Public Library, in the Community Education Room

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Negron has made cooking with patients integral to her practice. Her new book explores every intersection where the body meets food and reminds us that only nourishing food is capable of powering our metabolism, brain, and muscles.

Ana M. Negron graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Medical School and completed her family practice residence at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She volunteers at The Clinic in Phoenixville, teaches young physicians the role of food in medicine, and owns a solo nutrition practice.
