In the Carnegie Room

Do you suffer back or leg pain, numbness, or tingling when you stand or walk, or sit for long periods of time? Does your back “go out” if you move the wrong way? Learn the three most common causes of lower back pain and sciatica; what successful treatment and permanent relief looks like without the side effects of medications, injections, or surgery; and how to pick the right treatment for the cause of your pain. Join Dr. Johnson as he shares highlights from his recently published Itty Bitty Book about Lower Back Pain.

Dr. Charlie Johnson is an expert in the treatment of lower back pain and sciatica. Fueled by a burning curiosity and passion for learning, he traveled cross country to teach, study, and conduct research at the top-ranked residency program in the country, the University of Southern California. During this time, he learned how to help people with lower back pain and sciatica heal naturally, without the use of medications, injections, or surgery. Born and raised in Schwenksville, PA, Charlie is back serving his hometown through his practice, which offers all-natural relief in a strictly one-on-one setting.

This event is free and open to the public. Reservations are required on the Adult Events calendar at www.phoenixvillelibrary.org or by calling 610-933-3013, Ext. 132.
