ABOUT THE EVENT
Phoenixville Public Library will host a free Lyme disease presentation on Monday, January 14 at 7:00 PM. Lindsay Smith, MPH, Public Health Educator with the Chester County Health Department, will be the speaker. Lyme disease is present throughout the Commonwealth. Learn prevention tips, how to choose a repellent, signs/symptoms of Lyme and what to do if you are bitten by a tick. Attendees will receive a Lyme disease book, tick lifter and tick identification card.
