ABOUT THE EVENT
The Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area’s next Quarterly Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, starting at 7:30 pm. Our speaker will be Ellen Endslow, who is the Director of Collections/Curator of the Chester County Historical Society.
Ellen’s topic is “Many Nations | Chester County”. She will talk about 300 years of diversity through the lens of migration. From contact between the Lenape and the first European settlers in the early 1600s, people have called Chester County their home. Learn about the ways national and international events have led to such a diverse local population that continues to make a significant impact on our community.
Light refreshments will be provided after the program.
The meeting will be at the Phoenixville Federal Bank & Trust Conference Center at 564 Nutt Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
The meeting is open to all.
